Fresh Rough Sawnwood

Dry Planed Wood - DPW
Piece of wood obtained by planing DRW and dried to optimize the product's dimensional stability, to lighten it, to facilitate its planing and to allow it to be treated, if necessary. Planing offers greater precision for milling, for assembly, as well as more comfortable handling when working with it. It also allows the wood to be given a finish.
Framing Wood
Framing wood is a term commonly used to refer to 45 mm-thick Dry Planed Wood (DPW) whose most common usage is for building wood-framed walls. This product may be solid or structural wood.
